Procedures and Strategies for sustainable regional planning
The evaluation system ILSE ((Information on Land and Soil Evaluation) was developed for the INTERREG-III-B-project TUSEC-IP for soils in Alpine city regions. Based on TUSEC-IP evaluation methods ILSE allows the automatic evaluation of various soil functions for sampling sites within an area of investigation. ILSE uses basic soil parameters to quantify complex soil characteristics and thus to assess the soil quality for every location.
ILSE makes it easier for planners to efficiently take soil quality into consideration in local and regional planning and thereby contributes to sustainable urban development.
A demo version with limited user rights can be accessed with username „gast“ (password: „ilse“). After a successful login a user guide how to handle ILSE is available under „Help“.
The project TUSEC-IP (Technique of Urban Soil Evaluation in City Regions - Implementation in Planning Procedures ) is a project for EU Interreg III B Alpine Space.
To perform soil evaluation you have to log on with your login and password.
